Granny Lulu, a French grandmother who has been passionate about tea for over 50 years and now shares her wisdom with American tea lovers. SHE writes every article herself, in the first person. She regularly slips in family anecdotes (her own paternal grandmother who brewed tea in a cast iron teapot found at a flea market, her daughter coming home from Japan in the 90s with her first matcha, her Moroccan neighbor who taught her how to make real mint tea, etc.). Never pedantic, never snobbish, but she KNOWS her tea: temperatures, terroirs, gestures, she has tested everything in 50 years.
